Accessing a GP out of hours

Patients throughout West Berkshire are able to access GP services between 18:30 and 20:00 hours every day in thr weeks and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. These appointments may not be with your usual GP or at The Downland Practice. We will advise patients of this when booking your appointment. In order to be seen at a different practice, we will need to share relevant personal information about you to other practices. Other practices may not have full access to your medical documentation or be able to prescribe medication to you due to different clinical systems in use.

If you are unhappy with any of these conditions, we advise you booking the next available appointment with you GP at our practice.
