Our staff work hard to ensure that we give the very best service to our registered patients.  All too often we only receive feedback on the areas in which we might need to improve and rarely receive feedback from patients who have had a good experience at the surgery.  If you have had a good experience at The Downland Practice and wish to share this with others, please provide feedback using this link.  You will be asked for your name and email address so that the NHS can verify that you are genuine. You will then receive a confirmation email from the NHS after you have left your review.  Your comments can be anonymised; this option will be available as you submit your feedback.  All comments received will be discussed with the whole staff team including, GPs, nurses, receptionists, pharmacy, and administrators.
