For patients with flu appointments at the surgery:
You will have been given a colour at point of booking (blue, yellow, red, or green). Please remember this as it will help us guide you to the correct area of the surgery on the day. If you have a mobile phone, please ensure we have your correct details so we can send you a text reminder prior to your appointment. Please note, these are NOT walk in clinics; you MUST have an appointment.
All flu clinics are being held at Chieveley Surgery. Patients attending our flu clinics may be vulnerable so we ask that you please wear a face covering and continue to respect social distancing, where possible.
Please wear weather appropriate clothing as due to the number of patients requiring vaccination and the safety measures in place, you may be required to queue for a short time. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
