Recently we have had a number of patients contact the practice secretary to chase up their hospital referral. Once the patients has seen the GP and a referral has been agreed the secretary then sends off the referral to the hospital, the hospital will then process your referral and contact yo direct. If you have had a hospital referral and have not heard back then please ring the RBH reception switchboard on 0118 3225111 to find out about your referral. To avoid disappointment please do not contact the practice secretary to do this on your behalf.
