Dear All, Today we have two of the clinical team off absent. This has had an impact on our one the day demand. Patients have been informed by text messages. Patients with early appointments (before 09.00) who we have no mobile number for may not always be contacted for morning appointments due to the large number of cancellations and re-bookings we have to undertake.
