The Downland Practice is experiencing change with the current GP team. Dr Dhesi is leaving next week and Dr Haider is leaving mid December 2021. Patients who are on the list of Dr Dhesi and Dr Haider will be moved across to other GP’s until the new GP’s are in post early next year. We will try where possible to notify changes to patients via text message. We are keeping a track of patients who move so that we can prepare the GP patient list for the new GP’s coming in. In the mean time we have some good Locum GP’s who will be seeing all patients across the practice. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
