Test results are available by calling 01635 248251 after 11:00.

Please allow at least 7 days from the date of the test before calling for the results. Our call handlers are not clinically trained and therefore for safety reasons, cannot provide you with any information on your results until they have been reviewed by your GP. This is to ensure you are given the correct clinical advice regarding the results of your tests and any further action the clinician may deem necessary. Some samples such as swabs, sputum, and stool samples can take up to a few weeks to be tested by the laboratory and returned to the surgery. Please allow at least 14 days before calling for results of these types of test.

If there is any urgent action required on your results, we will contact you. Otherwise, please call us after 7 days for bloods/14 days for all other tests if you would like more information.
